All items are vintage. Therefore, they are preloved and may have minor signs of wear. All significant flaws will be disclosed.

I changed my mind and no longer want my item.

All sales are final so please ensure you have read the description before purchasing.

I put the wrong address during checkout.

If you put the wrong address for shipping we might be able to change it if the order hasn't been processed yet. Email: pastgemss@gmail.com 

I received a faulty/incorrect item.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect item. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a full refund or for the correct item to be sent.

Once we have accepted the return we will provide you with postage instructions — we recommend using a tracked service and you must cover postage costs yourself. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item(s) only to your original payment method.

Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
